Jim Grant has a long history in supporting organisational teams to develop into ‘high performance’ teams. Collaboratively with senior leaders, we create programs targeted specifically to address the unique attributes and challenges facing that particular organisation, both in terms of cultural/behavioural issues always cognisant that they are aligned to business strategy.
One of the most common outcomes observed when individuals are developed and teams start to perform well, is the incredible creative thinking that emerges. Many of the solutions to different business issues are already in leaders’ heads and our challenge is to bring that out into the open in ways that are safe and engaging.
The resulting change is noteworthy in terms of behaviour and performance, how the team engage with each other, pursue organisational objectives, share resources, collaborate and deal with adversity.
